I had a three-hour nap yesterday, which then screwed up my inner clock again. Went to sleep around about ten (as in, I went to bed and just conked out straight away) and then woke up at one. DD: Gaaah. I fell back to sleep some two or three hours later, waking up at six. =/ Have a mild headache.
